Hi. I'm Gut Health+
I'm a gastrointestinal homeostatic regulator, and a dang good one at that. I reduce the overproduction of stomach acid, inhibit gastric lesions and reduce inflammation in the small and large intestines. I fight bacterial infections, stimulate the immune system, and assist with ulcers, reflux and bloating. You could say I'm a jack of all trades.
B-Pinene: Gastrointestinal protectant, inhibiting gastric lesions and over-production of stomach acid. Pinene inhibits the formation of gastric lesions, reduces volume and acidity of the gastric juice and increases the production of gastric wall mucus. Additionally, pinene exhibitis significant antiulcerogenic activity, presenting powerful gastroprotectant properties.
B-Caryophyllene: this sesquiterpene acts on several molecular pathways implicated in the generation of inflammatory states and is able to reduce several pro-inflammatory mediators, including IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α, NF-κB. Furthermore, b-caryophyllene exert potent anti-inflammatory effects by the binding of to CB2 receptors, and targets inflammation in the small and large intestines.
Camphene: Anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal and anti-bacterial effects, in addition to lowering cholesterol and triglyceride levels in the blood.
D-Limonene: Limonene is a powerful antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and gastroprotectant. Limonene helps to fight bacterial infections whilst stimulating the immune system, and may assist in managing gastric reflux (GORD) and stomach ulcers.
Humulene: Humulene, whilst known for its anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties, can also assist with managing excessive bloating. Humulene may also stimulate appetite suppression by mimicing THCV at the dorsal vagal complex.
Nerolidol: Anti-fungal, antioxidant and anti-parasitic properties.
